A flat in a vibrant new area with a huge balcony overlooking a canal and boats, in close proximity to a transport hub and Westfield shopping mall in Stratford, yet surrounded by parks and sports facilities. Open plan kitchen and living room with cozy leather sofas that can accommodate 2 additional adults. Super king size bed with ensuite shower in master bedroom for enhanced comfort. A separate bath with full bathtub available to all guests. Enjoy and rest after a day of exploring the area and central London. The home is equipped with all top brands from Zanussi to Siemens and Dyson vacuum cleaners and air filter. Alexa smart speaker in all rooms to play your favourite music or weather forecast for the day out. Italian espresso machine and that washer-dryer to quickly turn around your wardrobe. We can provide a toddler cot bed made of organic wood and a scandinavian brand high chair, as well as a range of toys, upon request. One bedroom is closed for renting (child's) and you can let us know to take the baby gear out or in some cases help yourselves during your stay. The area is super up-and-coming, at the same time accessible, with Hackney Wick and Stratford being nearby.
Entrepreneur & mom in East London, UK, I enjoy long drives along the Europe's hidden paths, non-conventional towns as well as funky surf vacations, gorgeous sail and spiritual yoga somewhere in the tropics. Lived in Russia, Norway, France and Germany - each for a little while from 4 months to 20 years. Welcoming guests since January 2023 due to a winter abroad with my partner in Fethiye, Turkey. The flat will be available every winter & spring for our guests to enjoy prime river views from balcony, excellent comforts, a vibrant community of young couples and families, and dogs, super new cafes and bakeries. All within 5 mins from Hackney Wick station and 15 mins from Stratford International, that can take you anywhere from Stratford Airport to Central London to Seaside towns in Kent and oyster tasting in about 1h. Local, accessible, central, hipster and shopping (read Westfield shopping centre biggest in Western Europe).
Nearby attractions: - The Olympic Park, heritage of 2012 games, Scandinavian vibes, great trails, comes very recommended - Victoria Park, one of people's most loved Royal parks in the UK, with lots of open spaces, wild life, architecture and more - River Lea and the Regent's canal with their colourful houseboats and birds - Crate Pizzeria and Craft Brewery, famous across all London - Many organic shops and cafes, including even a dog (and owner) bar! - Westfield Stratford shopping mall (said to be the biggest in Western Europe) - Stratford International train station, that takes you along the Kent's coastal sea towns of your choice in just over 1 hour with its express trains. Read: beach fun & oysters -Stratford is also one of the biggest transport hubs which brings you seamlessly to any central locations, docklands and river Thames gems, or Stratford airport
