Host Information

Disdow House is a large farmhouse that has been fully renovated to create five luxurious bedrooms, sleeping 10 people (plus travel cots) and a large open plan living area, perfect for family and group gatherings. Set in its own grounds; you enter Disdow House through the elegant gates, upon which the house and its stunning surroundings become visible. There is ample space for parking for all your guests and a large garden with lawn for the children to enjoy. The house is laid out in a modern open plan layout with a large living room, dining room and kitchen with large patio doors allowing you to take in the stunning views of the grounds of the house, the rolling countryside, Galloway Hills and the stunning views of Fleet Bay and out to sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook tor everyone. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and a wet room with shower and toilet downstairs, both of which have been made to accommodation those with limited mobility and wheelchairs. Upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms, and a family bathroom with stunning copper bath.
Disdow House is set in its own grounds with lawns and outbuildings The bustling town of Gatehouse of Fleet is only a mile away and offer a wide range of independent gifts shops, cafes, bars, restaurant and more. Its perfect for a relaxed afternoon or an evening out The are has a wide range of walks, including walking paths round the town, the nearby Cally Woods and the Galloway Hills and is surrounded by fields and rolling countryside. The house is up a private road which leds to the farm located just past the property.
