This self contained 1 bed property is part of a grade 2 listed building, the County Court House and Court Room, having own private gated entry 50 meters on to the left as you get to Wyllie Mews with private parking allowed for 1 vehicle outside property. (Same entry as boxing gym.) Please be respectful whilst you stay and do not move the furnishings and be mindful of the cleanliness, returning all inventory where they belong clean. No parties or gatherings. No Smoking inside the property, and please dispose cigarette ends along with your rubbish upon checkout in the bins outside. Please use lockbox to keep key safe. Every lost key replacement will be charged for. Please leave the apartment reasonable, not leaving untidyness behind, as upon inspection any loss of inventory will be charged for. Any extra cleaning needed i.e. carpet cleaner, kitchen deep clean, etc... will be charged for.
