Situated at the tip of the Cotswolds, this detached characterful self-catered cottage offers the perfect base to explore the surroundings. The accommodation is very spacious, comfortable and cosy. It’s closest town is the quintessential town of Lechlade, which you can walk to along the river trail path, via Inglesham's stunning 13th Century Church. It’s a great base for exploring the Cotswolds, set up for family breaks and pets are welcome by separate negotiation. Lynt Cottage is a detached, Cotswold stone property which used to be the stables to the main house. It has been beautifully converted, offering spacious accommodation. As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a large fridge, large freezer, an induction hob, an oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespreso coffee machine (with pods provided) and a microwave. The cottage is the perfect place to relax with fluffy dressing gowns, a smart television with a great selection of DVDs, super fast broadband, games and puzzles. The main bedroom is characterful with original beams as well as being spacious with built in cupboards, a dressing area with dressing table, mirror and hairdryer and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a twin room with built in cupboards and desk area and benefits from the separate family bathroom next door. All mattresses have been newly replaced and are pocket sprung with a memory foam orthopaedic topper. The living space is open plan and very spacious but still retains a cosy feel with the room being divided into different areas. There are double patio doors which lead onto an enclosed courtyard style garden that has an outdoor dining area and fire pit. The kitchen is large and well equipped with great space for dining and entertaining. The table, currently set up for 6 people and can extend to seat 8 people if required.
