My place is modern and homely. It's a new build in a quiet cul-de-sac. A bus ride takes you to the centre of Bedford with its shopping arcade, restaurants and historic places to visit. The high street is busy at weekends especially Saturday night for those who like a lively atmosphere. 24hrs Tesco Extra and friendly Pub are nearby. London Road for take-away meals is round the corner. Self-service tea, coffee, milk (long life) & cereal for breakfast. Laundry facility and SOLE use of bathroom. The bedroom has its own door key for complete privacy.
I'm a retired Doctorate Research Scientist. I now work in the Community with interests in education of children and women issues, as a volunteer. I like travelling to foreign places so I know the importance of having a comfortable and friendly place to stay on such visits. A friendly relaxed atmosphere is what I hope my guests will also enjoy.
