Modern and Comfortable 3 bed home conveniently located within Preston City Centre with extremely comfy beds and fast FREE WIFI. Includes living room, kitchen, bathroom and a utility room with washing facilities. Perfect choice for Contractors, Long Stays and Temp Relocators during House Moves. 5 min from Preston Rail Station and City Centre, 15 min to M6 Motorway. Situated along the River Ribble, next to Avenham park in a peaceful and beautiful area of Preston City Centre. A prime location, particularly for guests looking for longer stays. We offer fast WIFI (200Mbps), a dedicated work space in the guest room and free parking. Self check-in is as standard as well as earlier check in times upon request. Contact us for support between 9am and 9pm. Please don’t hesitate to mention if there is anything else we can do to make your stay even more comfortable.
