Cool Stone Cottage is a superb two storey cottage situated across from the estuary in the Devon coastal village of Instow. The cottage sleeps six people and has one king bedroom, a super king bedroom with zip and link beds and a bedroom with double bed. There are two family bathrooms. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen and dining area and a sitting room. Outside is seating on an enclosed patio area and on-road parking for one car (first come, first served basis). Walking distance to the beach and the village amenities, Cool Stone Cottage is an excellent cottage for a family holiday. Please note: Building works are expected to commence on the neighbouring property at the end of summer 2024. Please contact us prior to booking for further information

Neighbourhood information

Instow offers a tidal, sandy beach and extensive views with the sails of catamarans and windsurfers. An abundance of cafes and pub/restaurants all enjoy these glorious views. The market town of Bideford is close by along with the quaint fishing village of Appledore and the cobbled streets of Clovelly. North Devon boasts some beautiful beaches, all within easy driving distance including Westward Ho!, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton.
