Beautifully converted 3 bedroom coach house with private garden and hot tub. Open plan living downstairs, with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and seating area. Two double bedrooms upstairs and a third bedroom with a single bed and a set of bunk beds. A large stylish bathroom completes the top floor. Double doors lead out to a private garden where you can relax in the deluxe hot tub or enjoy the tranquility of the private garden, complete with patio and garden furniture. Guests have the entire property to themselves and a private enclosed garden featuring the hot tub to the rear of the property. To the front of the property is a shared garden with the The Old Bank, a coffee shop and accommodation that opened in September 2022.

Nestled in the corner of The Square, Stewartstown, this property is ideally located for exploring Mid-Ulster. The surrounding area offers a wide range of outdoor pursuits, from mountain biking in the Sperrins to paddling on the local canoe trails.
