Charming two bed cottage having just undergone refurbishment - situated next door to Epping Forest, and a Children's playground. In the other direction, less than a minute's walk takes you to Queens Road, which has the quaint village feel with an array of boutiques, restaurants & cafes, with a Waitrose (supermarket) and Costa Coffee. Head down the hill to Buckhurst Hill Tube Station (Central Line Zone 5), and you will be on the platform in under 2 minutes, and in Central London in 20/25 mins. The bio-ethanol fireplace (safe, clean, environmentally friendly) in the living room is supplied with 4-8 hours burn time). Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. WiFi, Smart TV with Netflix, linen/bath towels provided.
There will be a key lock provided, so you can let yourself into the Cottage. I am 30 minutes drive away and always happy to answer any questions by text or phone call.
Please note Buckhurst Hill is a safe area. There is local information provided in the guestbook. Car not needed. Easy public transport access with the Tube and buses. Walk to the Station platform in under 2 minutes. There is on street parking and a visitors permit will be provided for you stay. Please do ask for one.
