Located in the small hamlet of Henley in Somerset, Collie is a spacious Shepherd Hut looking out across the beautiful Somerset Levels. The accomodation provides free on site private parking next to your shepherd hut. A private garden with outdoor seating, wood fire hot tub with LED lights and jacuzi spa, a BBQ to cook on or use as a fire pit for toasting marsh mellows under the stars. Inside is a king size double (5ft) bed, a Smart TV and fully equipped kitchen with microwave and double ring gas hob. Ensuite shower, flushing toilet and heated towel rail, towels and bed linen is provided. For the chillier time of the year get cosy infront of the log burner, an electric heater is also provided if needed. The nearest airport is Bristol Airport, 51km from Collie Shepherd Huts.

Collie is in the small hamlet of Henley located along a No Through Road in a rural part of the Somerset countyside. Please be careful of farm vehicles, you will need a car to explore the wider areas. We have many cycle routes for you to enjoy without having to drive. You are welcome to bring your own bikes and we can safely provide storage for them. Alternatively bikes can be hired from Parrett Trail Bikes in Langport only 4 miles. Spend a day exploring the Somerset Levels and cycle the stunning countryside. Their are many local walks right from the doorstep to explore, maps are provided in the welcome folder. One small well behaved dog is welcome (additonal charges apply.) Most places such as public houses are dog friendly, where you go they can go too! The boundary in which the shepherd's hut is located is stock fenced and has hedging. There is little chance of your dog escaping, dog's settle well here and enjoy the outside space we have to offer. Nearest town with a Tesco's supermarket is Langport just under 4 miles, with it's cafes, bakery and artizan shops. Street is 5 miles to Clarks Viillage shopping outlet. Glastonbury Tor is just a short drive offering you it's querky town and shops as well as the Abbey and Rural Life Mesuem. The city of Wells has shops,cafes and regular local markets. Places to visit include Wells Cathedral, The Bishops Palace and Gardens and Wookey Hole Caves. Or why not spend a day at Cheddar Gorge exploring Gough's Cave and Cox's Cave. Challenge youselves to climb Jacob's Ladder 274 steps! The Cliff-Top Walk looks out across the valley and gorge with stunning views for miles around.
