Perfect for long or short-term stays and perfect for groups of contractors/professionals up to 7 - please let us know if you have a larger group, we can accommodate in the same location, combining two or more apartments. FREE PARKING / FREE HIGHSPEED WIFI / 1/2 BEDROOM / 7 SLEEPER / 1 BATHROOMS / 3 MINS FROM CITY CENTRE / 1 MINUTE TO BUS STOP / 5 MINUTES TO TRAMSTOPS / FIRESTICK WITH FREEVIEW ETC The location of our property is just outside of the City Centre at Mapperley Park, with all the links you need to get into the city centre direct within a few minutes. Bus stop FO06 runs directly into town and is a 1-minute walk from the apartment, this runs a regular service until late and returns. Park and Ride - Forest Tramstop are a 5-minute drive from the apartment, which connects the whole of the city. We also have regular taxis that would be bookable for your City Centre Journeys if preferred. This property is on the second floor and is accessed by stairs only. Our beautiful large apartment consists of; - Master Bedroom - Double bed and Day bed (single 3ft) with en-suite full bathroom - drawers and dressing table - Living room - Sofa bed (single) and double Day bed (single 3ft) with 50" HDTV with amazon fireTV / Freeview - Sofa, 2 x chairs and a table - Large kitchen area with fridge freezer, full oven, gas hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and lots of cupboard space - Large driveway - Full gas central heating throughout Smoke alarms and Co2 monitors are fitted, along with regular testing by qualified persons. Full central gas heating throughout. * Parking may not be guaranteed on-site for larger groups, but street parking is available nearby.
