This charming, newly refurbished Coach House set within the popular Woodseats area of Sheffield, features an open plan kitchen, separate living & dining space, modern bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms to the first floor. OFF-ROAD parking is available for 1x car and additional free on-street parking is available. This newly refurbished cosy home-from-home is a great place for friends, city visits and those working in or around the city to stay and explore everything Sheffield has to offer. The comfortable living room and dining area is a great space to chill out with friends and family. The 2 newly refurbished bedrooms are found on the first floor, one bedroom has 2 single beds and the second bedroom has 1 double bed. Each bedroom has hanging and drawer space for clothing. There is a modern shower room on the ground floor of the property. Our system handles Pre-Check-In automatically after booking for guest, staff, and property security. ~ We require the lead guest’s full name, address, email, and phone number. ~ A copy of the lead guest’s ID is required for insurance and safety. ~ A digital signature accepting our Booking Terms is needed. ~ A 300 GBP security deposit will be pre-authorized (not charged) and released after your stay following a property check. Check-In & Check-Out Check-In & Check-Out Please kindly note that our standard check-in and check-out times are: ~ Check-in: 3pm on the day of arrival. ~ Check-out: 10 am on the day of departure. ~ Early check-in/late check-out may be available via your Guest Guide.
