Nice owner, very welcoming. His breakfast was FANTASTIC. Plenty of supplies in the room incl. towels, teas/coffees, hot chocolate, biscuits. etc. The house was in a very convenient location. I will certainly stay there again if I go to the Aviemore region again.

If you like being outdoors it is perfect.
If you like being outdoors it is perfect. Loch Garten is the perfect tonic for anyone tired of city life, it was so beautiful and peaceful there. Of course Aviemore is close if you want skiing in season and perhaps some night life. Grantown on Spey was lovely and more forest nearby in Anagach Woods. Lots of Neolithic sites near Grantown too. Beautiful location and only a short drive to Aviemore.
Beautiful location and only a short drive to Aviemore. We took the train to Inverness for the day and had a beautiful meal in a restaurant there. Easy to get to the shops and supermarkets in Aviemore itself.
