Welcome to our peaceful, self-contained garden studio in the vibrant city of Brighton. You will have your own free parking space and a small private outdoor terrace for a chilled glass of wine after a busy day. We are perfectly located for the South Downs National Park, Brighton's famous beachfront and the Laines' shops, bars and restaurants. We're also within easy access of the A27 and train links to London and beyond. If you want to experience all that Brighton has to offer but also want some tranquility at the end of the day where the only sound you will hear are birds singing and the leaves rustling, this is the place for you! Whether you are visiting for a holiday or a work trip, we really look forward to welcoming you.

Our garden studio is uniquely positioned within easy access of everything you could wish for to make your stay in Brighton happy and memorable: Take a leisurely 30 minute stroll down the hill and through Preston Park and you will reach Brighton's famous north Laine with its bohemian vibe and vegetarian cafes, vintage clothing stores and jewellery stalls. Hop on a bus from one of our close bus stops and 15 minutes later you will be in the bustling centre of Brighton with its eclectic mix of restaurants, shops, pubs and seaside attractions. Within a couple of minutes you will be on Brighton beach where you can enjoy all the activities on offer. If you want to stay local, you can walk 10 minutes along the road to fabulous Fiveways with its choice of boutique shops, food outlets, cafes and pubs. To the north, we are a 10 minute walk to the edge of the South Downs National Park and the miles of natural beauty it offers. You can also walk across Hollingbury Golf Course (grab a drink at the Club House) to the famous Amex Stadium and catch a game of Premier League football! Fancy a day trip to London? Preston Park mainline station is close by and you'll arrive in London in 50 minutes. After a crazy day in the city, we guarantee you will be desperate to return to our calm and tranquil haven.
