Good access to M5, Worcester Hospital, University of Worcester or Worcester City centre. This is a well presented 1940's semi detached property with plenty of space to relax or work. There is currently no electric vehicle charging at this property, it will trip the circuit. However there are some 50kW fast chargers around the corner at a local garage. If you are into cycling I also have a large lockable shed where you can store your bikes. Happy to cater for local workers who need long term accommodation.
I enjoy cycling (both road and MTB), and the outdoors. I have a young family, but happy to take you over the Malvern Hills if I have time or possibly a bike ride around the Cotswolds :) I live around the corner from the property. I will happily pop round to help with any queries if I cannot answer them via call or messenger.
The area is generally quiet. Parking is good on the street where the property is based. The property also has a drive which can accomodate two cars depending on size of vehicle. There is a large playing field around the corner from the property with outside exercise equipment etc. There are a mulititude of shops within walking distance or if you are happy with a short drive you will
