This flat has newly been refurbished. There are 2 large double bedrooms, both with king size beds plus a small sofa bed in the spacious living room. There is a modern bathroom and kitchen. Many amenities are provided such a microwave, kettle, washing machine and a tea/coffee station. There is also a garage at the back. It is in the heart of Sutton with great transport links into Central London with a direct 30 min train. There are also many buses as well as a tube link (northern line) nearby.
It is within a 5-minute walk of the high street which boasts great restaurants and shops as well as a brand-new cinema with the most up to date movies. There are many other activities in walking distance including bowling and visiting the peaceful Nonsuch Park and Nonsuch Mansion. Also very close to the Royal Marsden/ Sutton Hospitals. There is also a Tesco Express downstairs. There are direct trains into London Victoria that only take 30 minutes and only 10 minutes to Wimbledon station. Morden underground station (the northern line) is also only one bus ride away
