A bright beautiful self contained annex for 2 people, with views of open fields in a tranquil space, located close to the lovely traditional seaside town of Broadstairs in Kent, with incredible beaches, and wonderful places to eat and drink. An open plan space with a well equipped kitchenette, dining table and 2 chairs, king size bed, 2 seater sofa, and separate bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, a smart TV, an outside patio area with a chiminea, you'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay.
I'm a dad ahead of anything else, love logistics and making things just right for people. Have travelled lots, but love to be home. We live onsite in the main house and are available for any questions and to provide any insight on the local area, and are always contactable by booking dot com messenger.
Broadstairs is the most beautiful seaside town in Kent, with seven sandy bays, including the famous horseshoe-shaped Viking Bay, which is just 15 minutes walk from the Garden Studio. As well as the many restaurants, pubs (including lots of micro pubs), cafes and ice cream parlours, you can enjoy Dickens' history, mini-golf, crabbing and watersports including sailing, paddleboarding and surfing at South-East England's best surf spot, Joss Bay. Nearby there are fabulous coastal walks and extensive cycle paths, world-class golf, hipster Margate with its art galleries and foodie scene, Ramsgate marina and the vintage charm of Sandwich and Deal. There are fun activities for all at Quex Park, and shopping at Westwood Cross. Parking is on site next to the Garden Studio, the loop bus which goes to both Broadtsiars, Margate and Ramsgate stops just 1 minute from the Garden Studio. The train station (Broadstairs) is a 10 minute walk with regular trains to Ramsgate, Margate, Canterbury & London, there are also several local taxi companies.
