This Edwardian terraced home has recently undergone an extensive renovation, retaining original features such as caustic floor tiles, exposed wooden flooring, whilst modernising other elements such as the integrated kitchen, and bathrooms. The home features a South-facing enclosed brick walled garden with outdoor seating area for alfresco dining, and herb garden. Just moments away from central Truro where you will find plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.

This home is an ideal base to explore the North coast (Perranporth 18min) and the South coast (Falmouth 19min) located central within Cornwall and walking distance to enjoy the amenities of Truro (e.g. The Thomas Daniell Gastropub 3min walk, Hall for Cornwall 8min walk).
