We are a family run mother and daughter business that has been trading for 9 years. We have our own properties and manage properties for landlords in the Sussex Area. We always welcome guests to contact us regarding longer stays to negotiate daily rates. Our aim is to ensure that guests have the best possible stay in our properties and continue to return to us year after year. **Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. **Please note:** Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit.

Property information

This bright and airy first floor one bedroom flat is perfect for relaxing. It is situated on the quite street of Queens Road and just 3 minutes walk to the seafront and promenade of Worthing. The flat is beautifully decorated to feel calm and relaxed. There is a 50 inch Smart TV, comfortable sofa and a dining table in the small bay window of the lounge/diner area which has sea views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The bedroom has a double bed with en suite shower; hand and bath towels are provided. Paid parking is available on the seafront and free parking is permitted between 6pm-9am on the road. There is free on street parking on the nearby streets west of Heene Road, which is about a 7 minute walk away.
