Bathroom with over bath shower. Modern and new Courtyard seating Roadside parking in town Maesyrafon Car Park SY23 1PL Dogs STRICTLY REQUEST Before booking.Pet House Rules apply The house is arranged over four floors. It is old with many original and interesting features. The ground floor entrance opens to the kitchen and dining room with Table and chairs - separated by the original oak framing , there is also the utility room and access to the small back yard. The yard houses the bins for the house and a small table for sitting outside - weather permitting. The yard also has an outside toilet which whilst old can be useful for the brave when a few people are staying. IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE . The property has open stairwells , uneven slate and wooden steps , is not suitable for very young / elderly or those with mobility issues , Close to bars and nightlife .
As a thriving University town Aberystwyth has more than its fair share of coffee houses and pubs (there is a great pub just over the road next to Trefechan Bridge and the Rheidol river). Rummers has live music on occasions and can be busy in Summer - Bridge View does have double glazing, but is a town house! Rummers also has a restaurant The Store House or Y Stordy with a great menu - Medina is a Mediterranean restaurant and is an absolute must. The Glengower on the sea front serves excellent pub food.. The Athro Lounge beside the train station is a modern family bar serving food all throughout the day and evening in the historic Old School Building.. An amazing Venue with outdoor courtyard seating.. Great breakfasts, lunches and evening meals.. Great deals on weekdays. Cocktail Happy hours.. Cheeky Mondays, Tapas Tuesdays The Arts Centre (attached to the University) hosts many events as well as having a gallery, bars and restaurants and cinema - although there is a second family run Cinema in the town itself. The town itself has the Castle, the large Victorian Promenade and Pier (with amusement arcade and snooker/pool hall). The Pier serves pub food and has a restaurant upstairs
