Bath looks incredible from this beautiful 1 bedroom apartment! Centrally located, only moments from all the restaurants, bars and shops. Surrounded by fine architecture, this luxurious apartment boasts wonderfully stylish Georgian features; handsome fireplaces in each room with high ceilings embellished with elaborate cornices. Granite and stone surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom give the apartment a high-end feel, huge original sash windows with working shutters provide lovely views over the city.
I have lived in and around Bath all my life...I spent 16 years running a company specialising in long-term property management before acquiring Brunswick Place in 2019 and Bladud Buildings in 2023. I now enjoy being solely involved in holiday-lets. I pride myself on being a conscientious and hands-on host. I am always available to offer help and recommendations before and during your stay.
The apartment is a moments walk from many of the cities great restaurants, bars and shops. There is a small convenience store less than 1 minute’s walk from the apartment. Bath Spa train and coach stations are a short taxi ride or a 10-15 minute walk away. There is no parking with the apartment. The best parking option is the Podium carpark, which is a 5min walk from the apartment.
