Beverley, is a detached 2 bedroom bungalow situated a very short distance away from Faith Beach in Prestatyn which is a lovely golden blue flag beach. Beverley has recently been completely renovated and now has a modern bright bathroom with power shower. The bungalow is finished to a high standard with oak throughout. @ large screen smart TVs have been installed. The location is literally across the road to Frith Beach which is one of the best and cleanest beaches in the UK. A couple of minutes walk away is a Sizzler pub eatery, a fab chip shop, a indian chinese takeaway, a general store and a bargain booze. Across the road is The North wales indoor bowling centre and The Frith entertainment complex. Prestatyn town which is about a mile away boasts a brand new shopping retail park with a thriving high street with numerous pubs and eaterys. Prestatyn is at the start of The Clwydian range of mountains which provide a large number of attractions to enjoy and a short drive from the victorian resort of Llandudno and Snowdon mountain range a little further down the coast
