Close to the parking and just a short, flat walk to the Clubhouse. Perfect for relaxing while watching the sun set after a day at the beach! Inside are 2 bedrooms, one King with an en-suite cloakroom and one twin, a family bathroom with walk-in shower, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, gas oven/hob/grill, kettle, toaster, all utensils, cutlery and crockery. New for 2024 is the brand new fibre-optic wifi throughout, Smart TV and a lovely Hotel Chocolat Coffee Podster. Hoburne Naish is located perfectly for both the beaches of Dorset and the beautiful landscapes and nature of The New Forest. Locally, New Milton is the closest town with plenty of shops and cafe's, or just a short drive away are the lovely towns and villages of Christchurch, Lymington and Mudeford, with a huge choice of restaurants, pubs and cafes and an abundance of water sports for the experienced or absolute beginners as well as boating trips and hire. There is plenty of guest parking immediately outside the caravan. *ENTERTAINMENT PASSES PURCHASED SEPARATELY. THEY ARE ISSUED BY HOBURNE AND MUST BE ARRANGED WITH YOUR OWNER PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. RESTAURANTS AND THE BAR AREA DO NOT REQUIRE ENTERTAINMENT PASSES. THE POOLS, GYM, SAUNA, EVENING ENTERTAINMENT ETC. IN THE VENUE DO REQUIRE THE PASSES. We bought Bertie 4 years ago and have kept it to ourselves and our family/friends until 2023! Brand new to the rental market in Summer 2023 and we really enjoyed our guests feedback. We look forward to welcoming more new and our existing guests to enjoy this lovely place as much as we do.

'Bertie' is just a few minutes walk from the main Naish Clubhouse which has recently undergone a stunning refurbishment. Here you'll find 'The Venue', with its host of fantastic entertainment, live shows, bingo, family quizzes and numerous kids holiday-club activities. The brand new restaurant and bar (which is also available for take-away) is also at The Clubhouse along with the hugely popular Naish Arcade, leading outside to a great children's park and play area, crazy golf, and sports court. Just around the corner from The Clubhouse you'll find the park mini-mart, selling a wide range of food staples, games, beach equipment, locally made cakes and pastries. We then have the excellent indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi which offer adults-only timings as well as kids inflatable fun time! Clubhouse passes available to purchase via the host.
