    “Peter was a gracious host, and took pride in every aspect from the locally produced foods and wines to the decoration of the house. He was very helpful, suggesting great places to eat, walk and swim and even route home through the Weald of Kent.”

"This was the highlight of our trip to Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate. Peter is charming, relaxed and attentive. The rooms are stunning, immaculately clean and so tastefully fitted. It's minutes from the beach and some cracking restaurants. The breakfasts (served with a pleasing range of newspapers and a calming 'Sunday Morning' atmosphere) were worth the trip on their own; pots of tea, coffee, fruit and yogurt, followed by the best-cooked breakfasts. Everything was done to perfection and top quality ingredients. We left fully relaxed. Nothing was too much hassle"

Belvidere Place provides intimate, boutique accommodation in the heart of the seaside town of Broadstairs. The Grade II listed Georgian townhouse consists of six individually decorated guest rooms, with a double reception area on the ground floor for guest breakfasts and meet ups. We have a small courtyard garden

Belvidere Place is situated just a couple of minutes’ walk from Viking Bay (and the Viking Coast Trail) and a host of well-regarded restaurants. Pubs are a-plenty but the quality of food for such a small town rivals just about anywhere, including seafood destination Kebbells, 27 Harbour Street, Albarino and the starred Stark. North Foreland golf club is a 5 minute drive from the house. There are a number of championship golf courses nearby
