    The location is very quiet, although a little odd being on a housing estate. The house has all the facilities that you might need, a nice BIG TV, and a well equipped kitchen. We were also lucky with the weather so spent some time in the garden....

    Location was excellent for all we needed.Ideal for Kynren a visit to Durham and not far from Beamish. Lock box was easy. Numbered bay for parking. The house was clean tidy and well presented. We will definitely be booking again.

    It was very fresh looking. Tv was smart tv so could get lots of different channels and even sign onto bbci player. Kitchen was well equipped and nice and bright. It was all very clean. Easy to get to places from as we had a car.

Bell Road is a spacious, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house situated in Spennymoor, a short distance from Durham City Centre. The location is perfect for groups, families, couples, and professionals working in the city centre with local bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. The property is also close to the A167 and A1 making it easily accessible and Spennymoor offers numerous supermarkets, bars and places to eat. The location is ideal for visitor's/families that want to explore Weardale and its surrounding areas of beauty.  Hill end which is about a 25 minute drive is back to basics for families wanting to relax by the river with a picnic or a BBQ. There is also an ice cream van so the kids can enjoy an ice cream or ice lolly.  Wolsingham and Stanhope are well worth a visit too.  Stanhope boasts an outdoor swimming pool and there are a few public houses and cafes. If you want to visit the stunning Durham City and all its attractions then it is a ten minute drive away but there is a good local bus service if you wish to use this. On entry is the large, bright and colourful lounge which includes two large, comfy sofas and a Freeview Smart TV. The open plan kitchen and dining area follows with a six seater dining table and all the essentials you will need throughout your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, washer dryer, a fridge and a freezer. On the lower floor there is also a toilet. Upstairs is two double bedrooms and a single bedroom with each bedroom having ample storage for your clothes and belongings for the duration of your stay. The master bedroom also benefits from having an ensuite with a shower. The family bathroom is also upstairs and includes a bath. Externally is a large garden which guests can use with outdoor furniture. Please note parking is on street bay parking.
