Be Our Guest Cottage is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Truro. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with one super-king-size bedroom with a freestanding bath, and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, sleeping two people altogether. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking, a patio area with table, chairs, BBQ and hot tub, as well as a large lawn area for exercising dogs. Be Our Guest Cottage is a wonderful retreat for a holiday to this part of Cornwall. Note: Babies welcome, regretfully no children over the age of two years.Note: 5 other properties within the grounds including Pheonix Cottage 959677, Morrane 960063, Demelza 959879, Omalast 959978 and Bear Cottage 1012424 - sleeping up to 16 adults if booked together. Note: The charging of electric vehicles at the cottage is prohibited. Note: During the Christmas week the owner will provide a Christmas Hamper, this includes everything thats needed for Christmas Day lunch, Turkey, vegetables, Christmas pudding, cream and mince pies, crackers etc...Note: For bookings including Valentine's Day the owner will provide a hamper with everything required for a Valentine's supper for two.
