They were completed in Summer 2022 and both offer spectacular views across Shanklin Bay. Each apartment is beautifully furnished. BayVue can accommodate 4 adults and has an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area with stunning views across Shanklin Bay to Culver Down. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a separate lounge room with TV. Access the private wraparound balcony from both rooms and soak up the views. Dine outside or just enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sun set over the water. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king size bed and a further double bedroom. Both have amazing views across the bay. Each have an en-suite shower room. Downstairs is a family bathroom. Apartment 7 has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and 1 twin bedroom with a family bathroom. There is an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area which has a balcony and further dining available. Again sit and soak up the fantastic sea view. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher and wine cooler. Upstairs you will find a large private roof terrace with plenty of seating which is perfect for evening entertainment. Both apartments have free Wi-Fi and Sky TV. Linen and towels are provided ready for your arrival. Extras are an additional cost. BayVue has a lift available but both apartments are on 2 floors so unfortunately may be unsuitable for wheelchair users. There is an EV charging point available for guests use which can be paid for via an app. Each apartment has 1 on-site parking space (max height 2 metres) and there is plenty of free on road parking as well. We want you to relax and enjoy your holiday on the Isle of Wight. Leave all your worries at home, enjoy the sea views and soak up all that the Isle of Wight has to offer.

We are still fairly new to hosting but want our guests to be able to relax and enjoy their time away. Each apartment has been thoughtfully furnished but we are always happy to consider any additions that our guests think would be useful during their stay. We like to be available should our guests need us and if possible we try to arrange to be there to greet all of our guests. This allows us to show you to your apartment, give you the keys and any additional information that you may need and also answer any questions you may have. If we are unable to greet you in person then we will send all of the instructions you need to access the keys from the lock box as well as finding your apartment. We are happy to recommend places to eat and visit during your stay. Please feel free to contact us with any questions which we will always do our best to answer. If you would like any extra cleaning during your stay then this can be arranged at an additional cost. Extra towels and linen can also be provided at an additional cost. We can arrange discounted ferry travel via Wightlink and Red Funnel ferries once you have booked with us. This is subject to availability.

Shanklin is situated on the South coast of the Isle of Wight and is easily accessible by car, bus and train. Please ask for directions if needed. Shanklin beach is a 5 minute walk away. Here you will find a wide variety of restaurants including traditional fish and chips on the seafront. There is an ice cream parlour and also The Donut Hut for freshly cooked donuts and crepes. Further along the esplanade towards Small Hope Beach you will find crazy golf. There are 2 courses which are a lot of fun for all ages and we would recommend trying them both. On the walk down to the esplanade you will pass Shanklin Chine. Definitely worth a visit during the day and again during the evening when it is illuminated. Shanklin Old Village is also a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction. Here you will find thatched cottages and quaint eating establishments. During the Summer months enjoy the Shanklin Regatta and also the Shanklin Carnival. There are so many places to visit on the Isle of Wight. Please feel free to ask for recommendations.
