Barnwell Cottage is simply one of the most stunning Cottages in the South West. Sitting proudly in the magical village of Cubert, with it's beautiful vaulted ceilings, huge inglenook fireplaces and light and airy bedrooms, the cottage oozes romance and history. Having been sympathetically renovated using a variety of traditional techniques, Barnwell Cottage boasts a number of original features, whilst also offering the comfort and luxury of a truly special family home. *Dog friendly*
I give my guests space but I’m available if needed.
Cubert is a vibrant Cornish village with a year-round local population. Associated hustle and bustle is to be expected. Local amenities within 200m of the Cottage: -Bakery -Fish and Chip Shop -Pub x2 -Play Park -Londis Convenience Store Things to do within 2 miles of the Cottage : -Crantock Beach -Holywell Bay -Polly Joke Beach -Cubert Common -Cubert Pie and Ale Festival -Holywell Fun Park + Par 3 Golf Course -Healeys Cyder Farm -Horse Riding -Surfing -Endless dog walking routes Cubert is well connected with regular local buses and taxis and although the walking and cycling in the area is highly recommended, you'd be best advised to bring a vehicle or hire a car for your visit, especially with children. Crantock Beach- 1.5 miles Holywell Bay- 1.8 miles Polly Joke- 1.8 miles Newquay- 3 miles Perranporth- 4 miles Truro- 8 miles All of the local beaches have sufficient car parks run by the National Trust. They're very reasonably priced and all proceeds are reinvested locally.
