This is a very safe neighborhood with very strong family oriented community. There is the Edgbaston cricket ground for those cricket lovers, police station right at the back of the property, Canon Hill park were a lot of festivals are held throughout the year and the Midlands Arts Centre (MAC) which hosts musical and art exhibition events. There is a very social atmosphere and at the same time a very safe environment.
