Perfect town centre property for those who want to Ditch the car and totally relax by walking to Restaurants, bars and the tourist attractions. This little gem is in the centre of town so no car is neccessary. The house is regulary decorated to mainitain a high standard and appliances are new. We are clean freaks so ask you are respectful of our holiday let and treat it with respect that includes turning heating down and lights off when not in the house. We require your vehicle registration at least a week before you arrive so we can notify the Council of the vehicle that will be staying in Mansell Street during your stay with us. (Please make sure you recieve a reply from us directly so you know you are safe to park and will not get a parking ticket) There is a pretty and private Courtyard garden which has a dining table and chairs making it perfect for those wanting to cook in but eat Alfresco. There is a BBQ for your use if you wish and a covered area perfect for catching daylight but not wanting the UV rays. We also have two recliners so you can have a siesta amsongst the pot plants and solar lights of the garden after a hard day of sightseeing. The garden is secure and has a rear gate which we keep locked backing onto an back sidewalk. We will consider one small well behaved dog (no under 12 months dogs) and no larger than cocker spaniel size but please check first if in doubt. We do charge a nightly rate if agreed. We have been told our home is exceptionally very well kitted out see list.
I am well traveled and have lived here since 1997 when I left Sydney Australia. I am married to a local and have three sporty boys as well as a gorgeous cocker poo dog that I walk daily by the river and enjoy a coffee most days with in one of the fabulous cafe's in town. I am a clean freak. I believe if you keep something nice people as a general rule will look after it "well thats my philosophy and its worked to date" We are listed on lots of sites as well as running our own website and take bookings from all over the World". I have met some really interesting people running my own Holiday let business and some are now good friends returning year on year.
The neighbourhood is very safe and I never think twice about going out of an evening in Stratford. The RSC Theatre is a thing we like to frequent when ever we get time and love spending time down by the river during the warmer months, going for a walk or hiring a boat onb the river. I am often seen in the summer with a magazine chilling at one of the local cafe's to relax.
