Beautiful location and property- a home away from home! The room was gorgeous and super comfy, great facilities. It is a studio so bed is in the same room as kitchen but not a problem for 2 people. Lovely shower too and parking right outside!

    “The location is a studio attached to the owners bungalow in a residential area. Beautifully quiet with some outdoor space very private. The heat/aircon/dry unit is ideal as are the outdoor taps to wash sand off.”

Bungalow in a quiet residential area being close to the village amenities, recently refurbished annexe with air con, power shower, Storage area for surfboards, bikes etc, Private entrance and patio area
We ran The Quies for 10 years which was one of the highest rated hotel in Newquay,
We are 10 minute walk to Crantock beach and 5 minute walk to the centre of the village where there is two pubs, Shop and tea rooms, Polly joke beach is a further 10 minute walk where there is also a pub restaurant, Newquay is 10 minute drive away and Perranporth is 15 minute drive away
