Situated in the picturesque Cotswold town of Winchcombe, this historic house is stylish and well equipped, with period features, exposed Cotswold stone walls, 4 gorgeous bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, double-sided feature fireplace and stunning, fully kitted out kitchen with big farmhouse table. We have a 2 night minimum stay at all times and a 3 night minimum stay over Christmas/ New Year and Cheltenham Race Week. Unfortunately these settings sometimes breakdown on Booking so if you find you're able to book a 1 night stay please note in advance that we will have to cancel your reservation.
Global citizens, fans of the country and the city alike we've painstakingly created this house as a restful retreat with a fabulous fireplace and plenty of walks in the local area. We welcome people who appreciate the local areas as much as we do and encourage guests to enjoy the local shops and eateries to support local business. If there is an emergency or something you want to know that's not in our welcome pack, please contact Claire on the number provided. Please note that we live in Asia so if you try tor each us during an emergency we may not be able to respond.
About Winchcombe: Winchcombe is a historic Cotswold town with great pubs, a range of lovely places to eat and plenty of small local shops and antiques sellers. It’s the perfect destination from which to explore the Cotswold landscape and many great country walks start here. A short stroll from the village centre you’ll find the fascinating 15th century Sudeley Castle & Gardens, where visitors can explore and learn about the turbulent and changing times of England’s past. It’s also the resting place of Henry VIII’s last wife, Katherine Parr and the castle’s royal connections stretch back hundreds of years.
