Our Beautiful 40ft x 13ft Dog Friendly Modern caravan is situated on a lovely quiet family site which is 10 mins from the town of Cockermouth Our Caravan is large, modern and superbly fitted with all mod cons to cater for all your needs and requirements, a true 'home from home' The large open plan lounge offers an amazing view out to Siddaw and leads out to the large decking area with ample seating area to enjoy the scenery. The lounge has a large screen TV , DVD and a selection of films to watch, an Alexa device and a Firestick for you to log into should you need it. There is a small selection of children games to use for the little ones on those rainy days The kitchen is fully equipped with a large American fridge freezer, microwave and all the electrical appliances required. A table and seating for 4 is within the kitchen area Both bathrooms have showers and full facilities and both bedrooms have comfortable beds and a TV The large modern main bedroom has a walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage areas A high chair and cot are available for the little ones The caravan is fully centrally heated for those colder wetter days when you just want to relax inside and enjoy the break Externally you have private parking for 2 cars, a cycle rack and storage shed should you need it and a large grassed area to enjoy The site is surrounded by open fields and offers amazing views across to Skiddaw and is within easy reach to all the Lake District Tourist attractions Cockermouth has some lovely cafes, quirky shops and plenty of places to eat and drink. It also has some major supermarkets for all your essentials The caravan is on the A595, just 20 mins from Keswick, and 20 mins from the Solway Firth coast offering fantastic walks along the coast with views of Scotland across the sea ! The caravan is home from home and recently refitted with a touch of class throughout. Perfect for families, walking, cycling, kayaking or just relaxing

We are a normal hard working couple , who are excited to be able to offer our holiday home to others to use and enjoy. We know how great it feels to come away and let your hair down for a while in a different location and explore new areas while relaxing. We pride ourselves on first impressions and we are sure when you arrive you will be very happy with the caravan and all the location has to offer. On most occasions we will be available to meet and greet you, but sadly not always. However, guests can contact us if they have specific requirements or needs and we will do our best to meet their needs We would love for you to come and enjoy the caravan, the Lake district and all the local area has to offer. The site is perfect for couples wanting a quiet time away or for families with children and the surrounding area has lots to offer to entertain the children if required. A mixture of relaxation where needed and all the lakes have to offer for the more energetic who wish to climb, walk and take advantage of the local outdoor activities

This is a quiet friendly caravan park situated off the A595 to Cockermouth next to a garden center which has a fantastic cafe serving lovely breakfasts and lunches. A short distance away from all the Lake District and the Solway Firth have to offer The local area has a great selection of places to eat and drink. The views in the area are fantastic. You will need transport while at this caravan park. It is situated just a 10 mins drive from Cockermouth , 20 mins from Keswick, 20 mins from the Solway Firth West Coast and the lovely Allonby coastal town for fish and chips, a drink and homemade ice cream while walking on the beach. The seaside town of Silloth is a bit further along (10 mins) which has a lovely promenade to walk down and amazing views across to Scotland's coast. Ideally situated for a range of activities and to enjoy the local area tourist attractions.
