The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, washer/dryer and coffee machine and a living/dining room with Smart TV, woodburning stove and dining seating for four guests. There are two double bedrooms, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private front decking with furniture, and parking is available. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop and a pub and please note that one well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no smoking. Bingley is a thriving market town with great road connections to the Yorkshire Dales and Bronte Country. It is situated at the confluence of the River Aire and the Leeds and Liverpool Canal, where the well-known five rise locks are located. It offers every convenience, including fashionable wine bars, restaurants, cafes, stores, and pubs. Originally a mill town, it is surrounded by magnificent countryside and offers easy access to Skipton, the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, and Haworth, the birthplace of the Bront sisters. There are other attractions in the surrounding area, including David Hockney's exhibition at Salts Mill in Saltaire, East Riddleston Hall, and Cliff Castle in Keighley. Bingley is an ideal location from which to explore the surrounding area and visit the other neighbouring villages and towns.
