This pretty Cottage has an abundance of character and historic links to the Archbishops Palace. Having traditional pubs, restaurant, cafe, shops, Race Course, public transport, country & riverside walks and cycle tracks all on its doorstep.
I live locally so can be available for any problems at anytime.
Set In the heart of this lovely village with shops, pubs and a wonderful cafe a stones throw away. York City Centre is within easy access approximately 3 miles away. Public transport on the door step, and park & ride a short distance away.
