Welcome to my delightful 4-bed house, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, offering the best of both worlds -5 mins drive to the city centre and close to the Brecon Beacons/Herefordshire countryside. The property is family-friendly with ample space and modern amenities. The property can sleep 5 guests including 2 double beds and 1 single beds. We're close to Beryl bike hire, offering an eco-friendly way to explore the city and its surrounding areas and have free off-road parking for several cars.
The House benefits from a drive with parking for 3 vehicles. Hereford town centre is a 20 minute walk. For those who wish a rental bike station, beryl bikes similar to Boris bikes, is located a few minutes walk from the house. The house is located close to multiple wedding venues of Munstone house, Lyde Court and Lyde Aurndel. A short 500m walk will get you to Holmer Park Health club and Spa. Which has a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam rooms and jacuzzi. The health spa also offers a number of treatments.
