31 Caledonia Place is freshly decorated in fashionable velvets, soft leather and complimentary artwork throughout. The living space is open plan, lovely for spending time together when you are on holiday. The lounge area boasts views of Craigellachie from the comfort of luxurious sofas. The kitchen and dining area is sparkling with newness, and is a real joy to use. A utility room further compliments the space, giving you a place to wash any sports gear after a day out. This well positioned house gets sunlight all afternoon which makes the patio the place to be. Enjoy some outdoor cooking with the addition of a BBQ.
