Property information

The apartment is situated on the ground floor, with a small staircase leading to the front door. Upon entry to the property you are welcomed into the entrance hall, continuing into the hallway of bedrooms. The open plan lounge and dining room are bright and airy. Sliding doors from the sunroom open onto the lightly planted raised stone patio, perfectly inviting you outside. Immersed in rural charm, the property offers a large stone walled open fire and log storage, allowing you to snuggle up for the evening in true coastal comfort. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs able to seat 6 comfortably. The U-shaped kitchen has a wide array of appliances including an electric oven and hob, freestanding fridge/freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. The main bathroom comes fitted with a bath and overhead shower, sink, toilet and towel rail. There are three bedrooms, the master king size bedroom is elegantly designed and comes with a built-in wardrobe, view of the rear garden and a retro avocado en-suite. Bedroom two is a spacious one, offering an interchangeable twin or super king arrangement. The last bedroom is a cosy single bedroom.
