The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains a single bed. There is one bathroom which has a toilet and sink and a bath with over bath shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on street parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property. No Parties or loud music/noise. Please be aware it is a quiet neighbourhood with a mixed demographic . Please be courteous to the neighbours . A parking permit is provided . A charge of 60 will be made for loss of parking permit .
