22 Waterside Cornwall is a delightful lodge on a holiday park, 2.5 miles from the village of Lanivet and close to the town of Bodmin. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of a double with balcony and a ground floor twin with en-suite shower, together with a bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside there's a patio with picnic bench and many on-site facilities, gym. 22 Waterside Cornwall is a welcoming base with plenty to ee and do in the area. Please note the bar & restaurant are closed every Tuesday & Wednesday. Go to reception to sign in but there should be no cost for using most facilities.Outside: Fishing Lakes are open, as are: Footgolf, Tennis, Segway and Escape Room.

Lanivet is a small village just to the west of Bodmin, Lanivet is a collection of picturesque properties, an award-winning fish and chip restaurant, a pub and a few shops. The main town in the area is Bodmin, with its shopping centre and local attractions of the Bodmin and Wenford Railway, the Camel cycle trail, and the Bodmin Jail with its courtroom experience.
