Hawksworth House, by Ambien has a unique and eclectic decor that blends modern and traditional elements. The walls are adorned with quirky artwork, and the furniture is a mix of vintage and contemporary pieces. The property has a variety of amenities that guests will appreciate, including a games room with a pool table, table tennis, and foosball table to keep kids and adults alike entertained for hours. There is also a fully equipped kitchen for guests to cook their own meals. The property also has a sizeable privately walled garden with a small private decked area, perfect for enjoying views of the rural town through the wooded area opposite. We have unrestricted and secure parking on-site for up to 3 vehicles, including 2-meter high vans. There is also unlimited off-street parking available immediately outside.

Hawksworth is home to Hawksworth Wood, a beautiful woodland with a diverse range of trees and plants. The woodlands are predominantly mixed broadleaves, mainly containing oak and sycamore. The understories consist of rowan, hazel, holly, guelder rose, and small pockets of heather. These woodlands provide considerable color and diversity to this suburban and formerly industrial area. The woodlands are currently managed to ensure a continuity of multi-aged tree cover. Great Hawksworth has received active management in recent years through the removal of invasive tree species and the promotion of understorey and ground flora. This has resulted in a healthier and more diverse woodland that is better able to provide a home for a wide range of wildlife.
