Welcome to our beautiful 2 Bed Lodge with Hot Tub at Patrington Haven Leisure Park. The Lodge is 42ft x 14ft so benefits from extra space and is on one of the best plots on the park situated in a quiet cul-de-sac. It has Wi-Fi & a beautifully fitted kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washing machine which incorporates a lovely dining area. The spacious open plan lounge has a flat screen Smart TV, reclining leather sofa & pouffe with French doors opening out onto an enclosed decking area. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV with walk in wardrobe & en-suite shower room. The twin bedroom with its own TV is spacious with fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with full bath as well as a shower. The decking wraps around the caravan with steps leading down to the hot tub & fenced in private garden which is ideal for pets and children. This beautiful lodge also has its own private driveway which has room for 2 cars. Finished to the highest standard this is the perfect getaway where all you need to do is bring yourself and relax! Short walk to Guys Country Club, there is an extra charge for pool, gym & fishing. There is a dog friendly beach just a 10 minute drive and the park is surrounded by open countryside. Patrington Haven Leisure Park East Yorkshire. is a 5 star site At the heart of the park is The Country Club which includes Guy’s Bar & Restaurant which serves an extensive menu using all locally served produce. It also offers takeaways delivered straight to the caravan. There is a Spa offering an array of beauty treatments, a Gym, sauna, steam room and an indoor pool. There is a beautiful terrace overlooking the stocked fishing lake, a children's playground and sports court. The park is surrounded by 40 acres of beautiful countryside and 2 miles of scenic bridleways ideal for people who enjoy walking.
I hope you enjoy your stay in our beautiful holiday home which is equipped with everything that you need to ensure that your holiday is as stress free as possible BUT if there are any problems then we are just a phone call away! We hope to help you make lots of special memories with your loved ones! Unfortunately the Bar, Restaurant & Pool are currently closed due to a fire but this does not affect the use of the Caravans & Hot Tubs. There is a dog friendly pub one minute walk from site, a shop, butchers, tea room, tapas bar, takeaway, fish & chip shop & a few more pubs 15 minutes walk away & a swimming pool a 10 minute drive away!!

Just outside the park is a dog friendly pub and 15 minutes walk away you'll find Patrington Haven Village with coffee shop, Spar, garage, Tapas Bar, butchers etc.
