Property information

Station Square is situated in the picturesque village of St Mary's, Holm. The house is set in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from the beach which is located on the coast of Scapa Flow, with wonderful views of the Churchilll Barriers. There is a small shop near by, along with The Barrier View Cafe. The Village is 6 miles from the Islands main City of Kirkwall, around a 10 minute drive, we are also on the bus route which provides a regular service.

Neighbourhood information

St Mary's in situated in the Parish of Holm, along the coast line of Orkney. It was once a fishing port, and provides beautiful views over St Mary's Bay. St Mary's is the venue for a variety of water sports, and hosts an annual Regatta. The village is home to The Barrier View cafe, a very popular cafe and shop which provides lots of locally made crafts and is the main base for Celina Rupp Jewellery, a world renowned jewellery maker. There is also a beautiful loch side walkway, with stunning views and lots of opportunities to spot the local wildlife - the seals are well known for sunbathing on the sunny stoney beach!
