For stays of more than 2 nights, a quick cleaning is done without changing the sheets and towels. End of stay cleaning is included.

For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with a change of sheets and towels, as well as the end of stay cleaning.

For reservations of more than 5 rooms or 12 people, special conditions apply.

Stag parties and similar celebrations are not allowed in the hotel.

A security deposit of EUR 250 will be required upon arrival after 15:00. This amount must be paid by credit card. This amount will be returned to you within 7 days after your departure. The amount will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been found by the establishment.

It is possible to arrive outside of reception opening hours, simply contact the residence in advance.

You will have unlimited access to the spa for the duration of your stay, during the spa's opening hours and outside of any maintenance period (contact the hotel for more details).

Stopover evenings are possible in this residence, the package includes overnight stay in a double studio, continental buffet breakfast and dinner at the Infini restaurant.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
