The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - Bedroom 1: two single beds (90x200) that can be twinned to make a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. - Bedrooms 2 and 3: one queen-size bed (160x200) in each room - Bedroom 4: king-size bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and separate WC - A dressing room - Shower room - Separate WC First floor: - A 65 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, including an American fridge, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A shower room with WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, clothes rails, booster seat, plancha, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A private swimming pool heated by a heat pump, measuring 8x3 m, with outdoor shower, open from April to October. It is protected by a cover with bars. - A beautiful 850 m² enclosed garden, not shared with others - A ground-floor terrace around the pool and a first-floor terrace of 114 m².
