In the middle of the vineyards, come and relax at Villa Kasbar. In the Entre-deux-mers region, 20 minutes from the Bordeaux ring road and 15 minutes from St Emilion, we offer this charming guest house located on our land but completely independent. You will find all the comfort and the quietude necessary to spend a restful stay. The exotic decoration will assure you a total change of scenery and the private spa on the terrace will allow you a deep relaxation. The accommodation we propose is a small house of 40 m², right next to our house but not overlooked. You will be able to access the house by the entrance on the parking side. The entrance door opens onto a living room/open kitchen. You will find all the basic equipment necessary to prepare your meals (fridge, microwave, cooking plates, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle). On the living room side, two large armchairs are waiting for you to enjoy the view or to watch TV (Smart TV with free Netflix access). The bedroom offers a 180x200cm bed and a view on the garden and the spa. Adjacent to the bedroom, the bathroom has a sink and an Italian shower in waxed concrete. You will also benefit from a dressing area to store your belongings (as well as a safe deposit box). On the terrace, you will have all the necessary furniture to relax: two sunbeds with a parasol, a high table with two chairs and finally the heated spa. The house is secured by an alarm system. You have access to the entire accomodation and you will have a free parking space.

We have designed Villa Kasbar as a little parenthesis of life, an accommodation with tropical accents to allow you a nice change of scenery without even leaving France. Inspired by our various travels: Bali, Morocco, Bahamas... we wanted to infuse this villa with what we liked so much elsewhere: minimalist style, comfort & a touch of exoticism. Our location between Bordeaux and St-Emilion allows us to enjoy a quiet and rural environment while being close to the tourist activities that our beautiful region offers. The property is located in a small village in the Gironde area. We are the last house at the end of a dead-end. The nearest amenities are in Branne, a 5-minute drive away: Carrefour market, petrol station, chemist, butcher, baker, bank, tobacconist/press, pizzeria and several restaurants. The centre of Bordeaux is around 40-45 minutes away, and St Emilion and Libourne are around 17 minutes by car.
