La société A Pianatella, Gîtes de Corse, a été créée en 2022 par un particulier qui gère quatre appartements sur un grand domaine avec vue sur mer et le petit port de Santa Severa. Trois appartements se situent dans la maison principale. Le quatrième appartement se trouve dans une maison individuelle à proximité. La particularité des hôtes de A Pianatella est de vous réserver un accueil chaleureux et de vous proposer des conseils personnalisés sur les activités touristiques du Cap Corse. Sans oublier les bonnes adresses de restaurants pour déguster les plats traditionnels corses….

Appartement Les Lauriers : Idéal pour 2 à 4 personnes, ce grand appartement de 62m², complètement équipé, est situé au 1er étage d'une maison indépendante, avec un accès privé par l'escalier extérieur. Le balcon et le jardin ont vue sur la mer. La cuisine offre une vue sur le petit port de Santa Severa. L'appartement Les Lauriers comprend deux chambres avec un lit double chacune, un salon/salle à manger, une cuisine, une salle de bains indépendante avec WC dans une chambre et une salle de bains intégrée dans la seconde chambre. Un second WC se trouve dans l'entrée. Le lave-linge se situe au rez-de chaussée. Le stationnement est situé à proximité dans le jardin de la propriété, privé et gratuit. Nous vous offrons calme et repos, avec tout le confort (Internet via Wifi, un bouquet de chaînes TV, du linge de maison et de plage fourni). Vous n'avez pas besoin d'apporter de linge d'appoint. Le séjour comprend un minimum de 7 nuitées.

Une localisation idéale de l’appartement, entre plages, port et commerces : La plage et le petit port de Santa Severa sont accessibles à pied en 7 minutes, où l'on trouve restaurants, cafés et boulangerie. La pharmacie et le supermarché se situent à Luri, à 5 minutes en voiture. De nombreux commerces se trouvent à proximité. La plage de sable fin de Misincu est à 1 minute en voiture. Sans compter les nombreuses plages sauvages aux alentours, accessibles en voiture ou en bateau. Le Cap corse offre de nombreux sentiers de randonnée, des possibilités d'activités nautiques (locations de bateaux, club de plongée, canoé kayak) et un patrimoine très riche à visiter (villages du moyen-âge, tours génoises, musées et maisons d’américains).
