- Loft of 160 square meters ideally located between traditional Alsatian villages on the wine route and close to the Vosges, lakes and ski resorts - Large fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor - 3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor with a sofa bed of 120 cms and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor (with two double beds 160 cms and 140 cms) - extra beds available: a convertible sofa in the living room (for two people), the possibility of an inflatable mattress on request (for one person) and a small non-convertible sofa near the desk (for one person). Travel cot available on request . - Bathroom composed of a shower, a bathtub and a double sink - 2 WCs - Open workspace - Large living room on the first floor, through light, opening onto the balcony - Balcony of 26 square meters (accessible from the first floor) - Easy and free street parking (for multiple cars) - Sports equipment available (treadmill and exercise bike, small weights, yoga mats, elastics) - Fans in rooms This is a private house (main residence) and not a hotel or gîte. Sarah, delighted :) originally from Burgundy, it was ultimately in the Alsatian vineyard that I chose to settle. I am the owner of a superb town house, ideally located on the wine route, between the traditional villages of Riquewihr, Ribeauville, Kaysersberg, and Bergheim (elected French favorite village 2022) I recently decided to occasionally offer my main residence for rental during my periods of absence.
The village of Mittelwihr is a pretty Alsatian village ideally located on the wine route between the traditional villages of Ribeauville, Riquewihr, Kaysersberg and 10 Kms from Colmar. The village is calm. It is easy to park on the street. The house is a little higher than the church. I recommend taking a short tour of the Colline des Amandiers (especially in spring), it is a superb view of the villages and castles of Ribeauville, in the heart of the vineyards. Welcome to the most welcoming region in France :)
