On arrival, you'll find all you need before setting off on your vacation: washing-up liquid, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, detergent and sponges. A complete set of bed and bath linen is available as an option. Prices above. It can be ordered and paid for after booking. A mandatory interim cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking and covers disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. We ask our tenants to leave the house in the same condition as they found it on arrival. If the house is left dirty, the tenant will have a deduction from the deposit for the extra time spent cleaning the house, at the rate of 35e per hour. We also offer a complete cleaning package. Upstairs, the night space is divided into 3 bedrooms and a shower room. This charming Breton-style house has all the comforts of a recent home inside. It can accommodate 6 people. Situated 2 steps from the sea, you can easily access the beach or relax in the enclosed garden. The first floor living area includes a dining area and a sitting room. In detail: ★ 1st bedroom: one double bed, storage, garden side ★ 2nd bedroom: a double bed and storage, garden side and enfilade to access bedroom 3 ★ 3rd bedroom: sea view, 2 single beds ★Equipped kitchen ★Bathroom: shower, washbasin ★WC on each floor ★Living room and dining table, access to terrace and garden Outside, you have access to a terrace with a dining and barbecue area, garden furniture and deckchairs. Various on-site concierge services are available on request. Your Property Manager Boris will be at your disposal during your stay.
