Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Plumaudan, this charming house of a surface of 80 m ² and being able to accomodate to 5 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of about 25 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor : - A living room of 30 m² with a sitting area composed of a sofa bed and a TV - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Tassimo coffee maker... On the 1st floor : - A bedroom of 17 m² with a double bed, a dressing room and a desk area - A 7m² bathroom with bathtub and toilet On the 2nd floor : - A 12m² bedroom with 2 single beds and a closet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron, high chair and cot. Exterior: - A beautiful private enclosed garden facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Animals accepted on request, supplement of 20euros/stay (only one animal accepted), thank you to specify it at the reservation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. The house is ideally located in Plumaudan, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
